This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on the waiting list. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows:** If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be 100 percent for missed appointments. **Multiple Offenses:** Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the need to pre-pay for future appointments or being unable to book with us in the future. **Emergencies:** We understand that emergencies can happen.
